Are all sales final?
At SAINTS SKATE CO. 3:16, every product is created with care, purpose and quality.
For this reason, all sales and purchases are final.
We encourage our community to double-check sizing, colours and product details before completing checkout.
Refunds + Store Credit?
We don’t offer refunds directly, but we stand behind our products and our mission.
If your claim is valid and approved, SAINTS SKATE CO. will issue a store credit for the affected item.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase as you continue walking the SAINTS path.
Will my discount codes apply to all products?
Discount codes apply to all eligible full-priced products, excluding all skateboard decks at this time.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes apply only to full-priced items and may differ depending on the promotion.
Do you offer warranties on skateboard decks or clothing?
No. SAINTS SKATE CO. does not offer warranties on skateboard decks, Hardware or clothing for damage resulting from use, wear, or skateboarding impact.
Delivery Rates + Shipping Timeframes?
Our delivery pricing is set in line with the domestic and international rates provided by our trusted manufacturing and shipping partners.
Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location, production times and courier schedules.
We aim to deliver every order with excellence, but delays from third-party carriers or customs are outside our control.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us form and provide:
• The incorrect address entered
• The correct address you wish to update to
We will do our best to assist before the order is processed, but changes are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival?
If something arrives damaged (while still sealed) or different from what you ordered, we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Once received, we will review the claim in alignment with our manufacturers’ guidelines.
How can I track my order?
Our preferred method is the SHOP App, which provides real-time order tracking.
Alternatively, tracking details will be sent to your nominated email once your order is dispatched if you choose not to use the SHOP App.

Promoter
This promotion is conducted by SAINTS SKATE CO. (“Promoter”), Australia.
Eligibility
Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Entrants must comply with all local laws and regulations in their country of residence. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Entry Method
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official SAINTS SKATE CO. giveaway entry form during the promotional period and subscribe to become a Patron Saint.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prize
The prize consists of signed merchandise obtained during SLS Sydney 2026, as described in promotional materials. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via the email address provided.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Shipping
The Promoter will cover standard shipping costs. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the winner’s country are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during international shipping.
Use of Personal Information
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from SAINTS SKATE CO. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
